Introduction

In 2023 the Brisbane Truck Show firmly cemented its place as the largest truck show in the Southern Hemisphere – and among the best in the world!

Lauded as the “best ever”, the show attracted the biggest crowd ever its storied 55-year history, setting a convoy of records, including a record turnout of 42,855 industry decision makers across the four-day event.

Buoyed by its success, the 2025 Brisbane Truck Show is shaping up to be even bigger and better, with a raft of exciting new features planned both inside the walls of the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre and the surrounding Southbank Parklands and beyond!

To reflect this step change, HVIA is taking the marketing of Australia’s largest business event to an unprecedented level with a raft of initiatives aimed at maximising attendance and return on investment for all exhibitors.

Following on from its success in 2023, HVIA will again produce a Special Preview Magazine Issue which will be distributed six months before the show with the aim of building awareness, anticipation and excitement about the upcoming world-class event.

Complementing this, the Official Show Program will be distributed to all attendees at the 2025 Brisbane Truck Show, remaining the go-to show guide attendees, exclusively featuring the official show maps, exhibitor directory, insightful profiles of key exhibitors, and other important show information.

What’s more, HVIA also plans an enhanced 12-month digital marketing campaign showcasing the show’s key themes, major activities, and key exhibitors, amplified across the Brisbane Truck Show’s large web, email and social media channels as well as other targeted paid media channels.

This fresh multi-media marketing and communications strategy presents unprecedented opportunities for exhibitors to promote their show presence to a large proprietary database of previous show attendees, before, during and even after the event.

Special Preview Magazine

The 2025 Brisbane Truck Show Special Preview Magazine aims to create awareness, anticipation and excitement about the event six months out.

With contributions from some of Australia’s most-respected truck and transport journalists, this special edition will provide a comprehensive preview of the 2025 Brisbane Truck Show, including analysis of the big-picture trends driving equipment and technology developments, as well as showcasing the latest products and services on offer from key exhibitors.

Printed on high-quality, gloss paper, approximately 12,000 copies of the coffee-table-style magazine will be direct mailed to the HVIA’s proprietary database of key industry decision makers who, crucially, have attended previous shows. The magazine will be produced and distributed alongside the December issue of HVIA’s ROADBOSS Magazine.

A range of integrated editorial and advertising packages are available exclusively to 2025 Brisbane Truck Show exhibitors to promote their show presence to this highly targeted audience and ensure their brands and products are well and truly front of mind for both existing and prospective customers.
